This policy explains what personal data Genvid Labs collects through this website, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the choices you have. Based in India — working with clients globally.

1. What we collect

• Email address — when you download our free framework through the popup form on this site.
• Name, email address and anything you choose to write — when you book a discovery call through our Calendly booking calendar.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not run advertising trackers or behavioural analytics on this site, and we do not ask for phone numbers, company size, payment details or any other field through the website.

2. Why we collect it

• To send you the resource you asked for.
• To schedule, prepare for and follow up on a discovery call you requested.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We only contact you about the thing you signed up for and about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

3. How it is stored and who can see it

Email addresses submitted through the download form are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the Genvid Labs team. Booking details are stored in our Calendly account. We keep this data only as long as it is useful for the purpose above, and delete it on request.

4. Third parties

The following third-party services are involved in running this site:

• Calendly — booking calendar embedded on the “Book a call” section. It sets its own cookies, so we do not load it until you accept cookies. It receives the name, email and answers you enter into it.
• Google Sheets (Google LLC) — stores email addresses from the download form.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests the font files from Google.
• Our hosting provider — serves the website and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5. Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We store a single preference in your browser recording your cookie choice, and another recording that you have already downloaded our framework so we do not show the popup again. Calendly’s third-party cookies are only set after you accept.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email genvidlabs@gmail.com with the request and we will action it within 30 days.
