All content on this site — copy, brand name, logo, page design, graphics, videos and downloadable resources — is owned by Genvid Labs or used with the permission of the client it was produced for, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Work produced for clients is governed by the individual agreement signed with that client, not by these terms.

4. Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and embeds third-party services (for example the Calendly booking calendar). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

5. Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genvid Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you rely on from it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
